If your package arrives damaged please reach out to us so we can get this issue resolved! I do accept refunds within 48hrs if a purchase was made incorrectly and I do accept exchanges based on certain circumstances! 

I thoroughly wrap the candles in bubble wrap and use biodegradable packing peanuts for extra cushion. I am not responsible for USPS damaging the package or losing it. I will assist in any way I can, but after 14 days a refund is not possible. Please reach out to USPS for help.
